Fifth and subsequent offense results in a driver’s license suspension from 2-3 years (occupational license available after 90 days, or 12 months if fifth or subsequent offense was within 5 years of previous),  fines from $600-$10,000, and a jail term from 6 months to 6 years.  Court may order an Ignition Interlock device or possibly vehicle immobilization.  Vehicle may be seized.  Alcohol assessment is required.
